Career Path:

We offer a level system that helps you track your progress and increase your earnings as your skills and clientele grow. We’ll help you level up with one-on-one coaching and clear benchmarks for success. We also offer an Independent Stylist Program (ISP) for top-level artists. Once you reach Level 5, you’ll have the option to operate like a suite stylist while still receiving the full benefits of our salon structure.

For those dreaming bigger, we also help artists become product line ambassadors, educators, and runway stylists. Past Serenity team members have worked with Aveda, Moroccanoil, and even New York Fashion Week. Whether you want to grow within the salon or build a broader platform, we’re here to help.

Rochester is a global medical hub with a small-town feel, and we’re proud to be a trusted name in beauty and wellness here. Each year, we work closely with the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester to provide gifts and essentials for children and families in need. Each holiday season, we host a giving tree, encourage our clients to participate, and ensure every item is hand-delivered. We also participate in Aveda Earth Month initiatives like Catwalk for Water, where our team creates recycled fashion for a good cause.
