• Where can I find your locations?

  We have two spots in Rochester. Our flagship full-service salon and spa is inside Apache Mall (right by JCPenney), and our second location is on West Circle Drive (2300 Superior Dr NW). • Is there easy parking at your locations?

  Absolutely! Both spots have plenty of free parking. At Apache Mall, you’ve got the convenience of the mall lots, and at West Circle Drive, you can park right at our front door. • Do you take walk-ins?

• Are all your services available at both locations?

• Are your products eco-friendly?

  Absolutely. We’re proud to use Aveda as our primary product line. Aveda products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and made with plant-based and botanical ingredients. • Do you have a new guest offer?

• What kind of training do you offer your stylists?

  Education is in our DNA. Every new team member starts with hands-on training from our internal educators, and it doesn’t stop there. • Do you offer booth rental?

  We don’t offer traditional booth rental, but we do have our Independent Stylist Program (ISP) — and honestly, it’s even better. Once you reach Level 5, you get the autonomy of booth rental while keeping full benefits like health insurance, education, front desk support, and marketing. • Do you do balayage and highlights?

• What does a haircut include?
